After more than two years of back-and-forth and court battles, the wrongful death lawsuit in the deadly Marshall Square fire has been settled. "It's a shame and a tragedy that she was abandoned in this building and left to die," settlement attorney Harry Revell says.
A settlement was reached this week in the lawsuit filed on behalf of the daughter of a 91-year-old woman killed in the June 2, 2015, fire at the upscale Columbia County retirement complex, Marshall Square. The case against the owners of the complex aid attorney Harry Revel.
